In preparation for this year’s holiday season, please note the following dates that McKesson will not be shipping vaccine to providers:
Tuesday, November 24, 2020 through Friday, November 27, 2020.
Thursday, December 17, 2020 through Friday, January 1, 2021.
Normal shipping will resume on Monday, January 4, 2021.
Place your vaccine orders in ASIIS by end of day Tuesday, November 17, 2020 and by end of day Thursday, December 10, 2020 in order to receive your vaccines before the no shipping period.
If your order is submitted in ASIIS after Friday, December 11, 2020, you may not receive your order before the no shipping period starting on Thursday, December 17, 2020.
Order enough vaccine to maintain an adequate inventory between December 17, 2020 and January 4, 2021.
Every time an order is placed, providers must email data logger reports from the last recorded date and time of the previously emailed data logger reports up until the date and time the order is submitted. The reports must be sent directly from the data logger application or in data format (.xls, .txt, or .csv) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If we do not receive the data logger reports with your order, the order may be denied and a new order will need to be placed, which can delay receiving your vaccines until January 2021.
